What is actually ready
This board separates current working assets from observed live surfaces, historical reference material, unresolved work, and approval gates.
The product site, subscription handoff, current V5.6 template, miniature issue, and first fresh source-to-preview V5.6 run are in place. Issue 02 has not entered Beehiiv. Paid checkout and the actual received email remain unproved.
Key distinction
The website and email template are no longer blockers. A preview does not prove Stripe conversion or the received Gmail form, and no test send, scheduling, or publication has been authorized by this board.
